June 20, 2023 —  A research project that aims to bring Indigenous-friendly technology solutions to Elders in a Manitoba First Nation has received approximately $50,000 in funding from AGE-WELL, a Canadian technology and aging network, and the Canadian Frailty Network.

June 20, 2023 —  Members and allies of the Indigenous campus community at the University of Manitoba gathered today to celebrate 10 outstanding students, staff and faculty at the 2023 Honouring Our Indigenous Campus Community recognition ceremony.  Each year, Indigenous Engagement and Communications and the Office of the Vice-President (Indigenous) recognize the efforts and achievements of the inspiring people that are working to make the University a better place.
