UM Researchers in Food and Human Nutritional Sciences attract $1.5 million in funding from CIHR

Two studies led by UM researchers in the Department of Food and Human Nutritional Sciences have received over $1.5 million in funding from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR).
