November 5, 2020 — 
School of Art Gallery presents One Queer City, a multi-site exhibition that revisits and builds upon the premises of One Gay City, a not-fully-realized public art installation by collaborative duo Shawna Dempsey and Lorri Millan, who created three prints for transit shelters in 1997.

September 10, 2020 — 
School of Art Associate Professor, Grace Nickel, and Sessional Instructor, Michael Zajac, are among the recipients of the Manitoba Craft Council’s Judith Ryan Award 2020 for their collaborative works in Lens Reflex, a juried exhibition exploring the intersection between fine craft and photography.

August 29, 2019 — 
The Witness Blanket exhibition documents the impact of residential schools through objects reclaimed from the residential schools, band offices, communities, churches, government and other traditional and cultural structures

The annual Year End Exhibition will be held on April 26th, 2019 from 6:30pm - 11:00pm. Everyone is welcome!

March 26, 2019 — 
The Gallery of Student Art (GoSa) at the UMSU University Centre recently hosted, from February 18 to March 1, 2019, an exhibition of drawings and watercolor renderings produced in the 1930s by students of the Faculty of Architecture.

January 17, 2019 — 
Winning submissions and all Manitoba entries to the 2018 Prairie Design Awards are now exhibited in the Faculty of Architecture until February 6, 2019.

May 16, 2018 — 
Two new exhibitions at the School of Art and School of Art Gallery include works by Master of Fine Art students and a multi-channel sound and video installation
