It’s time for the 2023 MFA Thesis Exhibition

It’s a small program that attracts international students to the University of Manitoba and has an outsized influence on the art scene in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Canada. School of Art Associate Professor, Grace Nickel, and Sessional Instructor, Michael Zajac, are among the recipients of the Manitoba Craft Council’s Judith Ryan Award 2020 for their collaborative works in Lens Reflex, a juried exhibition exploring the intersection between fine craft and photography.
