Applications for the Community Leadership Development Program, with a focus on Poverty are now open!

June 24, 2019 — 
The Community Leadership Development Program is a 6-week training program that is designed to provide attendees with foundational knowledge and skills in anti-oppression, poverty awareness, and working with resource-scarce communities. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain meaningful education that will aid them in developing the necessary skills to become leaders within their communities through participation in the following sessions:

In May, Dr. Jonathan Black-Branch, Robson Hall's Dean of Law at the University of Manitoba, shared his expertise on Nuclear Non-proliferation and Disarmament Law at the United Nations in New York.

Asper student Jared Kozak on finding your niche as an Indigenous programmer

June 19, 2019 — 
Asper undergraduate student Jared Kozak started working with technology in high school, when he offered to build a system to book tutors for his school district’s peer tutoring program. Kozak started to get a hang of building and the system began to shape up. It was then that Kozak realized he had a real interest for programming.
