Robson Hall Law Professor, Dr. Lorna Turnbull, was a lead investigator along with Drs. Marni Brownell and Nathan Nichol on the Manitoba Centre for Health Policy (MCHP) study report “The Overlap Between the Child Welfare and Youth Criminal Justice Systems: Documenting “Cross-Over Kids” in Manitoba,” published this month.

The event, hosted in Canada for the first time, was originally scheduled to be held at Fort Garry campus but had to be moved to an online format due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
