Get to know the new dean of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences

On September 1, Dr. Peter Nickerson, a prominent physician and researcher in the field of organ transplantation, began his role as dean of the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences and dean of the Max Rady College of Medicine, as well as vice-provost (health sciences). We chatted with Dr. Nickerson about his plans for the future, his first job in health care, and his travel through northern Canada.

Jacob Scheier is the newest Writer-In-Residence at The Centre for Creative Writing and Oral Culture (CCWOC) at the University of Manitoba. Scheier will work with students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the public from September to December 2022.
