Mourning the loss of Dr. Francis Plummer, OC OM FRSC, (MD/76)

The University of Manitoba community is in mourning with the sad news that Dr. Francis Plummer, OC OM FRSC, (MD/76), a world renowned scientist, academic and HIV/AIDS researcher, has passed away at the age of 67.
