Robson Crim Group Researchers to Launch Book: Privacy in Peril

Professor Richard Jochelson and Assistant Professor David Ireland will be launching their new book, Privacy in Peril: Hunter v Southam and the Drift from Reasonable Search Protections on Wed. Nov. 20 at 7:00 p.m. at McNally Robinson Booksellers, Grant Park, in the Atrium.

Reinventing Bankruptcy Law Goes Global: Dr. Torrie in Singapore

Dr. Virginia Torrie, Assistant Professor at Robson Hall, is still jet-lagged from her recent visit to Singapore, where she was invited as an Academic Visitor to the EW Barker Centre for Law and Business, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. There, she gave a lecture on her book Reinventing Bankruptcy Law, forthcoming next summer from the University of Toronto Press.

Solomon Greenberg Trial Moot Kicks off 2019 Moot Season

Congratulations to this year’s winners of the Solomon Greenberg Moot, which took place on November 2, 2019 at the Manitoba Law Courts Building. Winner: Keith McCullogh Runner-up: Alyssa Cloutier McCullogh and Cloutier will compete at the Western Canada Trial Moot (MacIntyre Cup) in February, 2020.
