October 17, 2022 —  Students in the College of Nursing, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences have a new high-tech way to learn this year, with the addition of immersive virtual reality (VR) to their curriculum.

October 17, 2022 —  UM’s Spiritual Care office has moved to a new location of 521A/B UMSU University Centre and they are officially welcoming the UM community to the new Multi-Faith Centre with a week-long open house.

October 14, 2022 —  Each fall, the Faculty of Law community remembers remarkable alumni through the awards that are given out in their honour. This year, the Faculty remembered the hard work and perseverance of alum Ken Tacium by presenting the Ken Tacium Memorial Scholarship to law students Peter Frejek and Laraib Khaliqdina. The David Sowemimo Law Entrance Scholarship was presented to Meseret Alem Kahsay.

With 500+ Venture Coach meetings, more than $750,000 in prize money given to student ventures, and with 1250+ students from all over North America having participated in SCCE competitions – there's lots to celebrate.
