Registration starts June 17; Obtain ID at Bannatyne Pop-Up Centre on specified dates.

June 6, 2024 — 
To register, accept the Aurora User Agreement annually. Keep contact info updated, check UM email regularly, inform UM if registered at other institutions, ensure SIN is listed for tax forms, and follow UM and Faculty rules.

January 2, 2024 — 
Get ready for an update! Aurora, a tool many of us use regularly, is undergoing an upgrade from January 5, 2024, at 4 pm, to January 8, 2024, at 8 am.

January 10, 2022 — 
Aurora Self Service is undergoing its yearly upgrade cycle on Friday, January 14, from 4:30 pm CST to January 17 at 9:00 am CST, 2022. Mark these dates in your calendar and plan ahead!  

December 6, 2021 — 
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has made it mandatory for the University of Manitoba to collect the Social Insurance Numbers (SINs) of students. This information is required to produce your Canadian tax form, T2202 (Tuition and Enrolment Certificate).

The Registrar's Office new Steps to Registration page is designed to help you navigate the hectic task of registration, whether you are entirely new to the University of Manitoba or are nearing the end of your degree.

January 29, 2021 — 
Banner Administration Pages and Aurora Self Service will be unavailable February 19th from 5:00 pm CST to February 21st 8:00 pm CST for maintenance to support the upgrade of Banner Document Management (BDM).

January 20, 2020 — 
Aurora will be undergoing maintenance and will not be available from 5:00 pm Friday, January 24 to 6:00 pm Sunday, January 26.
