What to wear for winter in Winnipeg

With winter around the corner, there’s no denying that we’ll see colder, freezing and frosty weather. The International Centre is running a pop-up winter clothing display on November 2 from 11:30 to 1:30 to help international students prepare for Winnipeg’s winter climate.
