Visiting Scholar seeks to further research on cyber laws for online protection of children

‘Cyber forensics’ sounds like the theme of a William Gibson sci fi novel but to Dr. Nagarathna Annappa, it, along with Criminal and Medical Law, is her main area of research interest. Dr. Annappa is a Visiting Scholar at Robson Hall’s Centre for Human Rights Research throughout February, 2018.

Law Students in Action: challenging questions asked of panel

The Student Pipeline Action Committee (SPAC) hosted its inaugural speaking panel event "Beyond Borders: Pipeline Resistance from Standing Rock to Manitowapow" last term that brought together an all-Indigenous panel of speakers to present on and discuss the experience of impacted and potentially impacted communities like the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North Dakota.
