Transcript delivery just got a little bit easier!
You can now have your Academic Transcript delivered by email to another Institution.
Congratulations on completing your degree! You are finished and will be graduating in February. On the day of your graduation, your degree will appear on your academic transcript permanently and you can start to order your transcripts on February 4. Great news—if you are planning on applying to another institution, you are now able to have your transcript delivered by email to a select list of institutions. This list can be found at order a transcript, under the drop-down menu called “List of education institutions for email delivery”. The following steps will guide you through this process:
Step 1. Log in to Aurora.
Step 2. Select the ‘Enrolment and Academic Records’ tab at the top of the page.
- Select ‘Student Records.’
- Select ‘Academic Transcript.’
Step 3. Select the ‘Request Official Transcript Online – payment by credit card, Interac, and Visa Debit only’ option.
- Select ‘Email Option.’
Now you have started the Academic Transcript ordering process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order and ensure you have your transcript emailed to the correct institution.
As a reminder, this option only allows you to email a transcript to one of the institutions listed in Aurora. Not every institution is listed, and you are not able to email a transcript to your personal or University of Manitoba email account.
The cost to email a transcript is $30.00.
