Video: How does wildfire smoke affect our lungs?

July 14, 2025 — 
The spread of uncontrolled wildfires across has caused significant destruction and evacuations of communities across Manitoba this summer. With 100 active wildfires in the province as of July 14,  it doesn’t show any sign of slowing. One of the other negative effects of the wildfires is the constant lingering smoke that can pose health risks, especially to those with health conditions that make them more vulnerable.
