Dr. Marcia Anderson presents at the 2024 Marjorie Ward Lecture : Conversation starters
February 9, 2024 — Dr. Marcia Anderson has spent a lot of time thinking about how anti-racist and social justice change will happen in the health care system and has advocated for cultural interventions in health care for many years. On March 11, the change-maker and Vice-Dean of Indigenous health, social justice and anti-racism in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences will present the Marjorie Ward lecture.

Fair treatment for an overlooked group of refugees : Network News
February 8, 2024 — Nabil Iqbal is a Master of Human Rights student and a 2023-24 recipient of a Centre for Professional and Applied Ethics (CPAE) Graduate Fellowship. He is keenly interested in finding ways to help improve the rights of an often overlooked refugee group – those who are forced to move across borders because of the threats to their homeland from climate change.
