Law Students willingly work overtime to present at Accessing Justice : Network News
April 27, 2018 — A total of nine students and three professors from the University of Manitoba’s Robson Hall Faculty of Law will take part in the annual conference on Accessing Justice: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Access, Justice, Law and Order hosted at the University of Winnipeg by the Centre for Interdisciplinary Justice Studies (CIJS), May 9 – 11, 2018. This is the most number of representatives from Robson Hall taking part in the conference’s eight-year history.

April 27, 2018 — Sherri Walsh [LL.B./85] has been extremely busy over the past year since she started her new job as the City of Winnipeg’s first-ever Integrity Commissioner in April, 2017. The Robson Hall Faculty of Law alum rose with confidence to the challenge of completely revising an out-of-date 1994 Code of Conduct for City Councillors. As a result of her hard work, she received unanimous backing for the new document presented to City Council this February. The Code was passed and made effective as an official By-law of the City on February 22, 2018.
