Mindset a key part of success for nursing students, distance educator says

One of the biggest adjustments for university students, staff and faculty in 2020 has been figuring out how to work offsite, due to physical distancing measures brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. But for Dr. Marnie Kramer, a new faculty member in the College of Nursing, Rady Faculty of Health Sciences, there was little for her to adapt to, as she was already working remotely.
