Get a Head Start!

June 6, 2014 —

Future University of Manitoba students and their parents and families will be on campus this Saturday for a half-day head start at the U of M with sessions designed to help them prepare for the first year of university, meet faculty, staff and current students, explore the campus and find out about student services and supports. Head Start is a half day program on Saturday, June 7. Formal programming for the morning session is open to all incoming students and runs from 9:00am until noon, with additional opportunities like campus tours and an information fair to follow. The afternoon session is restricted to University 1 and Science students, and formal programming will run from 1:30 until 4:30; though you may want to arrive early to take in the information fair and a campus tour. Check-in begins a half hour before formal programming.
