Asper BComm student Anthony Theriault conceived an idea with fellow Asper students Todd de Groot and Hazel Nguyen. Eleven59 is an AI-driven calendar tool designed for students by students.

November 25, 2024 — 
Associate Dean of Teaching and Learning Wenxi Pu explains why AI was a fitting theme for the 2024 Reg Litz Teaching Day. “AI is transforming the business landscape at an unprecedented pace, presenting both challenges and opportunities for innovation in business education. Reg Litz Teaching Day is the perfect platform for Asper faculty and students to brainstorm strategies that empower students to achieve what once seemed impossible."

November 25, 2024 — 
On November 14, 2024, students from the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and the Indigenous Business Education Partners (IBEP) at the Asper School of Business came together at the RBC Convention Centre in Winnipeg to celebrate the 18th annual Visionary Indigenous Business Excellence (VIBE) Awards. The event, hosted by IBEP, coincided with the 30th anniversary of IBEP, marking three decades of fostering community, education, and Indigenous business leadership.

On November 6, 2024, law students from the Faculty of Law’s L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic, Ravi Balchan (3L) [B. Comm. (Hons.)/2022], Alli Knox (3L) [B. Comm. (Hons.)/2017], and Jordan Wagner (3L) [B. Comm. (Hons.)/2022], all Asper School of Business graduates, hosted a webinar in collaboration with the Stu Clark Centre for Entrepreneurship entitled Startup Law 101: Protect Your New Venture.

November 15, 2024 — 
Asper School of Business researchers successfully secured Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) grants to fund a diverse selection of projects. In 2024, six researchers secured over $390,000 in funding from SSHRC.

November 13, 2024 — 
This October, Asper Co-op alum Julianne Par finally held a parchment bearing her name and one of her biggest achievements so far: Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Asper School of Business.
