January 6, 2025 —  A new workshop series by The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning will help faculty put Universal Design for Learning into practice in the classroom.

She isn’t thinking about the hours of practice and case preparation; she isn’t worried about being “too much” (a holdover from a lifetime of being a big talker); she isn’t fixated on the ideas that didn’t make the cut; and she isn’t second-guessing her delivery. No, as Francis puts it, when she is presenting, everything else goes away.

January 6, 2025 —  For those seeking help, the UM’s Sexual Violence Resource Centre (SVRC) is open to all students, faculty, and staff who have been impacted by sexual violence, or know those who have been impacted by sexual violence. The SVRC provides support, education, resources, and referral services by fostering a safe and inclusive space for survivors to connect with support staff.
