Mindfulness moments during turbulent times
Michael Yellow Bird, Dean, Maria Cheung, Associate Dean & Dawn MacDonald, Institute for Mindful Leadership will be leading a brief guided meditation for 5-7 minutes as a way to ease any reactivity that might be arising during these times; with a 10-minute of sharing among participants at the end. This will be an opportunity to pause, restore and rest into our best selves from a place of wisdom and compassion. It will be a space for us to maintain a sense of community.
