Access recreation facilities and programming for free from September 8-12

Start the school year off on the right foot by joining Recreation Services September 8-12 for Free Week. Sample some of the most popular instructional classes and use the fitness and recreation facilities for the entire week absolutely FREE! Bring a friend for a workout, participate in a group fitness class, relax with some yoga, get your dance on with Zumba or de-stress with a cycle class.

Visit the information desk at one of the three fitness centres (Frank Kennedy and Max Bell on the Fort Garry campus and Joe Doupe at the Bannatyne campus). The welcome staff will help you check in, assist you with a brief sign-in form, and offer a tour of the fitness facilities. Visit the Recreation Services website for more information on Free Week.

All Free Week guests will receive a wristband at the point of registration that will give them access to the facilities and programming for the entire week. Each wristband will contain a unique number that can win you some great prizes. Like the Recreation Services Facebook page during Free Week, then post your wristband number to the page wall and you could win a prize package valued at over $500!
