Who are this year’s deserving Awards of Excellence recipients?
For the past 14 years, the annual UM event has celebrated the outstanding contributions of U of M support staff, individuals and teams who are nominated by their U of M colleagues.
Everyone is invited to watch the 2020 Awards of Excellence celebration on Thursday, June 25 at 2:00 p.m. Access the video below (approx. 17 min.).

The Awards of Excellence is a special awards program that recognizes the dedicated service of support staff who make outstanding contribution to the university—individuals and teams who are making a difference in our community.
This year the Awards of Excellence recipients have been honoured with a celebratory video in lieu of the reception event, which had to be cancelled due to COVID-19.
Tune in on June 25 to find out the winners of this year’s awards. The online event will feature remarks from the nominators about the recipients and their accomplishments.
The celebration is hosted by Lynn Zapshala-Kelln, Vice-President (Administration) and the chair of the Awards of Excellence, and the President’s Award is presented by Dr. David Barnard, President and Vice-Chancellor.
