Crews working to remove diseased trees from Fort Garry campus

To protect the many, many healthy trees at Fort Garry campus, City of Winnipeg Urban Forestry crews will be working to remove trees with Dutch elm disease over the coming weeks and into the New Year.

The Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1505 (ATU), the designated representative for transit workers in the City of Winnipeg have accepted their offer from the City. As a result, Winnipeg Transit service will continue with regular schedules and operations.
