2017 Bison highlights
In 2017, the Manitoba Bisons had several highlights across all of their sports. Here are just a few of the many accomplishments from the herd:
BISON MEN’S HOCKEY CAPTAIN & FKRM STUDENT EARNS NOTEWORTHY SCHOLARSHIP
The inaugural Fleming Family Hockey Coach Scholarship was presented to Bison men’s hockey team captain and Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management student Brett Stovin. Read more.

NATIONAL RECOGNITION FOR RECORD-BREAKING NUMBER OF BISON STUDENT-ATHLETES
117 student-athletes were named Academic All-Canadian status by maintaining a minimum grade point average of 3.5 (80%) or better in their field of study.
