Thank you for making the 2014 Faculty, Staff and Retirees Campaign a success

The following is a letter written by the co-chairs of the Faculty, Staff and Retirees Campaign.

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for making the 2014 Faculty, Staff and Retirees Campaign a success! We are proud to announce that together we raised over $623,000 in support of students at the U of M.

As the co-chairs of the campaign, we see first-hand how your contributions shape the futures of our students and how your participation inspires a culture of philanthropy across the university’s campuses.

Thank you for providing the gift of health, time, knowledge and opportunity! Your generous support will make a tremendous difference to our students. The top three areas supported were:

• Active Living Centre
• Student Support
• Experiential Education

Your generosity has made a university education more accessible for students, provided them with the opportunity to extend their learning beyond the four walls of a traditional classroom, and offered them the largest health and wellness facility in the province where faculty, students, and staff will be able to conduct and implement advances in research related to healthy living and physical activity.
