BioTalent Canada Essential Skills for Career Success

The University of Manitoba has once again partnered with BioTalent Canada, a national leader in training and workforce development, to give UM students FREE access to a suite of online Essential Skills for Career Success courses. Employers across every field say the same thing: transferable social and emotional skills (SES) are among the top qualifications they want in new hires (Rose, 2024, p. 7). Skills like communication, collaboration, and problem solving often matter as much as your GPA.
