The New Buffalo Education Gathering brought 382 Indigenous high school students to UM’s Fort Garry campus, offering guidance, inspiration and a glimpse into the supports available for Indigenous learners. Led by the Indigenous Student Recruitment and Community Relations team, the event highlighted ethical recruitment, community connection and the message that “when you succeed, we succeed.”
