Current faculty and staff who are members of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), and are planning to retire in the next five years, are invited to register for one of three upcoming retirement planning sessions on Nov. 14, 15 and 16. Speakers will provide information on a number of topics including an overview of the pension plan, the pension benefit payout options available, wills and estate planning, government benefits, taxes and retiree benefits.

An additional informational session on November 14 is open to all plan members who would like general information on the pension plan, long-term financial planning, wills, power of attorney, health care directives, family law matters and retiree benefits.

Registration is required through your Learning and Organizational Development account, so please ensure it is active prior to signing up. Participants will be contacted through email by the Pension Office after registration closes.
