Retirement planning sessions offered for faculty and staff
Registration now open for sessions on May 29, May 31, June 1 and June 2, 2023
Current faculty and staff who are plan members of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993) (Pension Plan) and are planning to retire in the next five years are invited to register for one of the three upcoming retirement planning sessions taking place on May 29, 31 and June 2.
Speakers will provide information on a number of topics including an overview of the Pension Plan, the pension benefit payout options available, wills and estate planning and retiree benefits.
An additional informational session on June 1 is open to all plan members who would like general information on the Pension Plan, long term financial planning, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, family law matters and retiree benefits.
Registration now open for sessions on May 29, May 31, June 1 and June 2, 2023.
Registration is required. Please ensure your LOD account is active prior to registering. Participants will be contacted through email by the Pension Office after registration closes. See more information and register for sessions.

Registration and attendance is limited to those who are within five years of retirement.
Registration is limited to 20 attendees per session.
