Physics professor Dr. John Page is using sound to make food taste better

Global News: Winnipeg researchers using sound to make instant noodles taste better

As they report:

Dr John H. Page, Distinguished Professor, Department of Physics and Astronomy and Dr. Martin Scalon, Department of Food Science, University of Manitoba along with researchers at the Canadian International Grains Institute in downtown Winnipeg are discovering ways to use sound make noodles taste better.
