May 27, 2024 —  Since the Max Rady College of Medicine’s convocation on May 16, my colleagues and I have heard from hundreds of community members speaking both for and against the message in the valedictorian’s address. It is clear to me that our community is now more deeply divided than ever before.

May 27, 2024 —  Meet the class of 2024, Farhana Akhter will be graduating during Spring Convocation from the Master of Education program.

May 27, 2024 —  This year’s STRR reception was held on May 2 with Seth Lozinski (they/them) selected as the Faculty of Law’s Outstanding Student. In turn, Lozinski chose their high school French teacher Ingrid Moehlmann and Assistant Professor Brandon Trask from the Faculty of Law as teachers who had the biggest impact on their education.

May 24, 2024 —  The Asian communities at the Faculty of Science include brilliant people from students in labs to instructors passionately teaching in classes, professors conducting ground-breaking research, and support staff who make our departments and the Faculty an extraordinary environment. With May being the Asian Heritage Month, we decided to shine the light on the contributions of the Asian communities at the Faculty and celebrate their presence.

May 24, 2024 —  Dr. Orly Linovski, is the 2023 recipient of the Terry G. Falconer Memorial Rh Institute Foundation Emerging Researcher Award in the Interdisciplinary category.
