Jig performance & workshop

On Wednesday, March 6, the ALC Agora will be transformed into a lively dance floor.
The Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management’s Indigenous Sport and Wellness Team is hosting a jig performance and learn to jig workshop from 1-2 p.m. in the Active Living Centre’s Agora. It’ll be led by the Ivan Flett Memorial Dancers, a group who puts their own spin on the traditional Métis Red River Jig.
It’s free to attend and open to all.
