Hit START on inaugural video game competition

The Office of Student Life is hosting the U of M’s first ever video game tournament on campus on Friday, Oct. 25 from 9-11:30 p.m.

The tournament can accommodate 64 players, each competing for the title of University of Manitoba Games Master for 2013. The games to be played: NHL 2014 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

This “Bison Bash” event is part of the Office of Student Life’s Bison Pride program and it will be held in The Hub, which will be set up for those competing but it will also have multiple stations set up for students who are not registered in the tournament to play select video games, like Smash Bro’s!
