Flag lowered for Dr. Michael Teschuk

Dr. Mike Teschuk died peacefully at home with his family on Nov. 14, 2019, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Dr. Teschuk was the longtime Residency Training Director and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Health Psychology, Max Rady College of Medicine and was on medical staff as a Child Psychologist at the Health Sciences Centre.
Mike’s passion for teaching, his genuine curiosity and keen intellect, his humour and his compassion were apparent to the patients, families, trainees and colleagues who had the opportunity to work with him.
The flag at UM will be lowered to honour him on Nov. 22.
