A message from Travel Services
As you may know, the Concur help desk is currently being managed outside of the University of Manitoba directly by Concur itself. Many of our faculty and staff said that the service Concur offers needs improvement and is not meeting the university’s needs.
We listened to your feedback and are pleased to announce that the Concur help desk is coming back in-house! Effective August 3, calling the Concur help desk for support will put you in touch with U of M staff who can answer your Concur system navigation questions, along with any travel booking and Travel and Business Expense Claims Policy questions.
