CBC Manitoba: Emeka Nnadi Park becomes 1st in Winnipeg named after member of African community

Emeka Nnadi, 2000 M.L.Arch., was recently honored for his work in the Bridgwater neighborhood.  A park in the area was the first to be named after a member of Winnipeg’s African community, the city says — and it’s named for one of the people who helped to make the area what it is today.
