IST Service Catalogue launched

You can now submit requests and check your ticket status online at http://umanitoba.ca/ist/service_catalogue/

IST has launched a new online self-service portal, known as the Service Catalogue, which provides you with:

Consistent access to IST services;
An easy to use self-service interface;
Quick access to common support questions;
Access to ticket status information; and
Quick access to IST support from any location with an Internet connection using Chat Now.

The online Service Catalogue is not intended to replace existing means of accessing IST support. In addition to using the online Service Catalogue, you can still call or visit the Service Desk to obtain support.
