2019 electronic T4 and T4A now available
The following is a message from Payroll Services (Financial Services), sent via email to all employees on February 18, 2020:
To all employees,
The 2019 T4 and T4A are now available on Employee Self Service (ESS)
Payroll Services is pleased to provide all employees with electronic access to your T4/T4A via Employee Self Service (ESS).
Electronic T4/T4As provide quick and easy access to your information. You can obtain your T4/T4A from any internet accessible computer, in any country, and at any time of the day. You can print at your convenience, whenever, wherever and if you have moved, your T4/T4A will still be waiting for you in your secure ESS page located in the University’s JUMP portal.
You can view/print your T4 slips in a convenient manner similar to the way you currently access your pay statements through secure log-in to ESS by following these simple steps.
Log-in to JUMP http://jump.portal.umanitoba.ca and click
Staff tab > Employee Self Service > My Pay > T4 > Print or download
Please note:
- If you have any difficulty logging into JUMP, ESS, or printing your T-slip, please contact IST support at the following link: http://umanitoba.ca/computing/ist/help/index.html
- When you print a copy of your T-slip, please remember to print all pages as it is possible for some individuals to have multiple T4’s and/or T4A’s
- Due to the high volume of users accessing their T-slips, it is possible the slip may take longer to display. If the slip does not load within a minute, please try again at a later time.
**Tips: Based on past experience, most employees have accessed their T-slips between 8am to 5pm. It is recommended to access your slips before or after office hours to avoid any connection interruption. **
