Wpg Free Press: Local theatre stars shine at inaugural awards event

As the Winnipeg Free Press reports:
University of Manitoba alumnus Ray Strachan received the Outstanding Lead Actor award at the inaugural Winnipeg Theatre Awards on November 12, 2017. Strachan won for his performance in The Whipping Man which was presented by Winnipeg Jewish Theatre.
Kelly Rae Jenkin, University of Manitoba alumna, received the Manitoba Association of Playwrights 2016 Reg Skene Award for Emerging Artist – Directing.
