What is Jane’s Walk?

The tradition of Jane’s Walk honours the life of Jane Jacobs, a writer and activist for community-based urban planning. Founded in 2006, the movement has grown to become a global opportunity for people to discover their communities, begin citizen-led conversations and connect with others through walking.
