Addressing delayed credit card charges from the Snack Exchange
CHASE bank processing delay determined to be the cause
It was recently brought to the attention of Dining Services that some customers who purchased items from the Snack Exchange in the Asper School of Business during September and October 2023 are just now seeing the charges on their credit card transaction histories.
If you are one of these customers, please note that these charges are not fraudulent. Due to a processing delay from CHASE bank, the charges are just now beginning to appear on customers’ statements.
Dining Services recognizes that this is unacceptable, and as a result, has decided to void these charges so that impacted customers will not be responsible for paying them. Refunds will happen as early as today.
