Thirty years at the Daily Bread Cafe shows WendyAnn’s dedication towards the St John’s community and the wider UM community as well.
The food service employee in the Daily Bread Cafe is a familiar face to those who visit, whether it be students, staff, or alumni who come by for lunch.
Since starting in the Cafe, WendyAnn has always loved what she does and the people she serves daily. From the teamwork that the staff have, the little memories that go on in the kitchen throughout the day, to the faces she sees on students’ faces when they receive their food, WendyAnn is a special person many know in the Daily Bread.
With no sense of slowing down, one of Wendy’s fondest memories in the Cafe is seeing her past workers come in for lunch and the outstanding students she serves each week.
