“My sincere congratulations to Paul Vogt on being named President and CEO of Red River College. Paul is a University of Manitoba graduate, one of our 98 Rhodes scholars and this year’s recipient of our Distinguished Service Award. He is unquestionably a strategic thinker with a proven record of effective leadership. I have had the pleasure of getting to know him as both an esteemed colleague and friend in his capacity with the province and during his time here as a visiting scholar. I am confident he will bring a great deal of expertise and experience to this important role. The University of Manitoba values our relationship with Red River College and I look forward to working with Paul to ensure the ongoing strength of Manitoba’s post-secondary education sector.”
