Notice: Alarm testing for system upgrade
As part of the University’s campus-wide alarm system upgrade, alarm system tests will be conducted by an external contractor from November 22 to January 31. To perform these tests, the contractor will require access to all spaces that house alarms.
Prior to starting any testing, the contractor will communicate with staff on site; if the proposed time of the contractor’s visit is inconvenient for your department’s operations, please let them know and they will gladly schedule a more convenient time.
During the testing, all sirens will be disabled, therefore minimal noise is to be expected.
