Largest graduating class since 1977 for Spring Convocation
At its 2016 Spring Convocation, the University of Manitoba will confer degrees, diplomas and certificates on 3,040 graduates. This is the largest graduating class since 1977.
During Convocation, honorary degrees are awarded for distinguished achievement. Candidates for honorary degrees are nominated by members of the University and the public.
The 137th annual Spring Convocation of the University of Manitoba has six sessions at the Fort Garry Campus, on May 31, June 1 and June 2, 2016:
