In Memoriam: Dr. Kenneth Clark, plant scientist

Dr. Kenneth Clark, retired professor in the Department of Plant Science, passed away on September 10, 2020 in Napier, New Zealand.
He served with the University of Manitoba from 1964 to 1989, teaching and conducting research in forage crops, genetics, and plant breeding.
Dr. Clark also travelled to Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East for speaking engagements, technical missions and agricultural development projects.
He established the Dr. Kenneth Clark Travel Award in Plant Science in 2015 to provide for graduate students in the Department of Plant Science attending plant science scientific meetings to present their research.
