Get Fit for Free in 2015!

Your New Year’s resolution starts with Recreation Services Free Week Event, running from January 12 to 16.

You can sample some of the most popular instructional classes and use our fitness and recreation facilities for the entire week absolutely free! Grab a friend for a workout, participate in a group fitness class, relax with some yoga, get your dance on with Zumba, swim a few laps in the pool or push your limits in a cycle class.

The week’s schedule features classes including: Cycle Express; Body Fusion and Advanced Body Fusion; Co-ed Power Circuit; BootCamp and Aqua Boot Camp; Step It Up; Hard Core Stretch; Powerhouse; Ulitmate Tabata; Cardio Jam; Boxing Fundamentals; Slow Flow Yoga; PP & Resis. Training; Beginner Mat Pilates; Power Pedal & Bosu; Cardio Dumming; Fluid Isometrics; Aikido; Intermediate Pilates; Karate; Adult Learn to Skate; Bellydance: Beginner; Karate; Running for a Purpose; Ballroom Dance; Hip Hop; Muay Thai (Continuing); Tai Chi; Shallow H2O (pool); Aqua Zumba; K-Pop; Bellydance (Continuing); Jiu Jitsu; and K-Robics.

It’s all FREE! Arrive early as classes fill up quickly. Recreation Services offers a variety of membership and programming options for campus and non-campus communities — more fitness, sport and recreation options for patrons than any other facility in the province.
