Two Jane’s Walk events drew spectators to learn more about Smartpark on the University of Manitoba campus on May 6 and May 7.
Smartpark is home to 21 research and technology tenant organizations in nine buildings across the area.
The walks explored the past, present and future of Smartpark, a successful community of innovators that has positive impacts on the U of M, our city and our province. The event also highlighted the location’s naturalized landscaping, community connections and sustainable design features.
The walks included a short tour of Investors Group Field and a chance to go out onto the field.
